A 36-year-old man is brought in by ambulance having been involved in a motorbike accident.

Describe and interpret the following radiographs (click on images to enlarge):

There is a significant deformity to the wrist with fracture and dislocation involving the distal radius and proximal carpal row, with multiple displaced fracture fragments from the radial aspect of the distal radius.
There is a significantly displaced fracture of the scaphoid.
The wrist is dislocated radially with significant widening between the scaphoid fragments and the lunate.
there is a displaced ulnar styloid fracture.
